It seems there is some secret everyone is after, whether is be a weight loss secret, a stop smoking secret, a make money secret , or the secrets to finding your ideal partner.
Now i have to say that there are no secrets to loosing weight, only proven methods. You can loose the weight easily if you follow proven methods to loose weight.
Perhaps others will think you have a weight loss secret but in reality, there is no such thing as a weight loss secrets but here are a few things which will “if you like” help you loose the weight fast. One thing is a good weight loss plan has some form of exercise in it.
Now this doesn’t mean you have to run for hours or do anything like this, the secret exercise tool is walking.
But you need to have a balanced diet which is one weight loss secret.
My wife and i lost weight fast in one week by just following the cabbage soup diet, which helped us loose weight fast but the problem with any crash diet is that its difficult to keep them up so try a few and make sure it’s one you can stick to, I happened to choose the cabbage soup diet as my wife….
…..and I feel better if we stay away from refined foods such as chocolate, crisps pre-prepared convenience meals and this diet lets you eat cabbage soup (its much better than it sounds just spice it up with curry and seasoning) fruit and veg to your hearts content!
It doesnt matter how fast you loose the weight, what matters is how long you keep the weight off! This is the true judge of success when it comes to loosing weight.
You can loose weight over the long period by shifting a few pounds here and there while someone might loose tons of weight in one month but put it back on within a two month period.
If you can manage to do skipping or rope jumping for six to ten minutes per day, you will loose weight fast! But you have to do the excercise with a good weight loss plan.
Include watery foods in your diet. Soup is a great one to help you loose weight fast also including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables in your diet as mentioned earlier.
Substitute cereal in the morning for fruit my favourite is grapefruit but I find if you don’t eat it first thing on an empty stomach I end up eating badly also grapefruit is really good to alkalise the system so this is a very important point start the day as you mean to go on, Grapes, apples, pears and perhaps a few nuts, then for lunch have more fruit and some soup.
This alone done over a long period of time will help you lose weight fast, this is the weight loss secret!
