Belly fat yuck! We all have times in our life when we gain some extra pounds and for some people this can be an ongoing thing, belly fat isn’t attractive I know some people say it doesn’t bother them but who likes to feel fat and sluggish?

So a combination of the right exercise at the right time combined with cutting out or reducing at first the crap in your diet you should be on the right track to having a toned and trim belly as well as overall great shape with more energy and vitality.
